Our dreams can help to inform the way we live our lives and allow us to explore the parts of ourselves we have kept hidden.

Introductory Day workshops

These introductory days are ideal if you have not done any dreamwork before, but even if you have it will be a safe and supportive opportunity to take time to be with the Dream.

Content

We will look at what to do if you don't remember dreams, how to approach the landscape, characters and mood of the Dream and how to start a dream journal.

Bring with you

You will need a notebook or journal.  (Finding one you like may be the beginning of the process of welcoming in your dreams.)
Bring a remembered dream if you have one.

If you have art materials you particularly like then bring those.
There will be paper and crayons to use.  (This is not an art course and you don't have to be able to draw.)

Bring a remembered dream if you have one.
Bring outdoor shoes and waterproofs, slippers or warm socks for indoors and a favourite rug or cushion if you would like to.

The workshops are held at my home in the wilds of the Herefordshire Marches and the natural world  around us will be part of the course.
Please bring something to share for lunch.

Cost

£65 to include tea and coffee.
Maximum number 6

Access

Wheelchair access is not easy, but not impossible.  Please contact me with any special needs which I will do my best to accommodate.
